Salmon with capers


  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • fresh Asparagus to taste.
  • Capers to taste.
  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet.


1.Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

2.  Fry the salmon steaks for 6 minutes or until it reaches the desired term.

3.  Add capers over the salmon fillets and cook asparagus.
